Warranty Period
Warranty for both used and new spare parts: 24 hours only
The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
Returns & Refunds
If the spare part does not work properly within the warranty period:
The customer must contact PARTek within the valid warranty time
The part will be inspected and tested
If inspection confirms a manufacturing or functional defect, a full refund will be issued
Important Notes
The part must be returned in its original condition
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or external factors
Refund requests will be processed after inspection is completed
