At PARTek, customer satisfaction is our priority. We provide a clear and fair returns and refunds policy.

Warranty Period

Warranty for both used and new spare parts: 24 hours only

The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

If the spare part does not work properly within the warranty period:

  1. The customer must contact PARTek within the valid warranty time

  2. The part will be inspected and tested

  3. If inspection confirms a manufacturing or functional defect, a full refund will be issued

Important Notes

  • The part must be returned in its original condition

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or external factors

  • Refund requests will be processed after inspection is completed
